Career coaches refer qualified candidates to a 30-day hands-on sales internship where they learn Methodolia's tools and business practices while selling under the management of our sales managers or VIP sales contractors.
Interns earn an official Methodolia certificate at the end of their internship
Coaches earn 5% on revenue from their referred interns. Interns earn 5%, and mentors earn 5%–15% based on seniority, skills, and engagement.
30 to 90-Day Hands-On Training
Interns learn Methodolia's sales tools and business practices while actively selling under the guidance of our sales managers or VIP sales contractors.
Certificate of Achievement
Upon completion, interns receive an official Methodolia Certificate of Achievement validating their training and sales experience.
Commission Earnings
Coaches earn 5% on revenue from their referred interns. Interns earn 5% commission, and mentors earn 5%–15% based on seniority, skills, and engagement.
